CANCELLATION POLICY
You are able to cancel, edit or reschedule an appointment using the booking confirmation email link, up until 24hrs before your appointment. If you need to change your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, you will not be able to make any edits to your appointment online and will need to text 571-340-6854 to make any appointment adjustments. You will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your reserved service when changing your appointment with less than 24hrs notice. Cancellation fees are waived if recently tested positive for COVID-19, if you’ve been exposed to the virus, or are showing symptoms of a cold/ flu.
